Lynn Carol Stevenson , was born July 22, 1959 in Baltimore MD, to the late Catherine Cooper and Irvin Stevenson. She departed this life on April 4, 2017 due to a lengthy illness.
Lynn received her education in Baltimore City Public Schools. She attended Rutland Elementary School and Eastern High School. She graduated from Lake Clifton Senior High School in the year of 1977. After graduating Lynn received several college credits from Morgan State University. She was popular in school because of her outgoing and bubbly personality.
Lynn held various employment which includes Trailways Bus Station Down- town Maryland where she worked several years and Renaissance Hotel where she spent the majority of her work career. Lynn was medically retired from the Renaissance Hotel due to her illness.
Lynn met and fell in love with Amell, out of this union they had one daughter:
Amber.. ... Lynn's babies Amber, Shawna and grand-baby Kaydence were her pride and joy. The love she had for her little ladies followed her throughout her life. There was nothing she wouldn't do to keep a smile on their faces. Her family was her world, her everything.
Lynn was strong to the very end, though she endured various struggles in life, she defeated each one of them with undisputed toughness. She remained positive and upbeat throughout her trials and tribulations. Lynn found her love in cooking and her girls. She enjoyed hanging out with friends down at The Inner Harbor. If you didn't find Lynn at The Inner Harbor she would be right at the hotel with friends and employees being her fun-loving self. Always a joy to be around.
Lynn leaves to mourn her loving memories: her husband, Amell Abrams; her daughters, Amber and Shawna; one granddaughter, the most precious Kay- dence; her dad, Irvin Stevenson; two sisters, Tammy Stevenson and Denise Johnson; three brothers, Zachary and Robert Stevenson and Eric Green; one sister in law, Veronica Green and a host of nieces, nephews and other love ones to cherish fond memories of her life.
