Mara Lynn Astrop, daughter of the late George Edward Astrop and Iola O. Astrop was born July 6,1956 in Washington, D.C. She departed this life July 7, 2015. She received her education at Baltimore City Public Schools. Mara never had children. Her children were her dogs Chico, Echo, and Victor Newan. She was a "good government worker" at Social Security for 28 1/2 years. She made numerous friends wherever she went and will sincerely be missed by everyone. She leaves to mourn: mother, Iola O. Astrop; three aunts, Ms. Cardell Jones, Helen Carr, and Ms. Connie Daly; also, a devoted companion and friend of 20 years Alecia Harrison. Viewing Joseph H.
