Marese Anthony Taylor, beloved son of the late James E. Taylor and Carrie T. Williams was born on February 20, 1958 in Baltimore, Maryland. He departed this life on September 5,2014 at Perryville Veterans Hospital. Marese, who was affectionately known as "Mat", "Taylor" or "Mr. Taylor", was a happy and jolly child who grew up to be a fun loving person who loved to dance, joke and cook. He was always called upon to "man" the grill at outings. He was also known for how he meticulously dressed. He graduated from Mergenthaler Vocational Technical High School in 1977. After graduation, Marese entered the United States Marine Corps and served until he was injured in 1979. He then furthered his education by taking a course in Phlebotomy. Marese worked as a substitute teacher in the Baltimore City Public School System for many years. He was a faithful member of the Mt. Sinai Missionary Baptist Church. He leaves to cherish hi memory, his mother, Carrie T. Williams, two brothers, Robert and Troy, six sisters, Gwendolyn, Rachel, Michele, Delthea, Vanessa and Yvette; four brothers-in-law, Sam, Ben Sr., John Traynham and John Jones; one sister-in-law, Sharon Bethea and a host of nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, other relatives and dear friends.
