Margaret Ann Johnson, daughter of the late Charles & Leila Johnson, was born on Februray 12, 1956, in Baltimore, Maryland. She departed this life on Saturday, April 18, 2009, after a lengthy illness. Ann, as everyone knew her, received her education through the Baltimore City Public School System. She graduated form Fredick Douglass High School in 1975. Upon completion, Ann attended CCB for a brief time. Ann was well known for her love of life and her outstanding sense of humor. Ann worked for a few odd jobs. Her primary place of employment was THE BETHLEHEM STEEL CORPORATION. Ann retired after 17 years of service, because of her illness. Ann leave to cherish her memory: four daughters, latoshia Dennis, lacreshea Dennis Peterson, Keira Wilson and Majarra Burris; one son-in-law, Vashown Peterson; one special great niece, Tycora Williams; four brothers; FredChristine Jones of the South Port, North Carolina, Julius Jonhson, Ronnie Renae Johnson, Louis Celestine johnson of Savannah, Georiga; three sisters, Brindle Gillis, Sheila Wilson snd Sharon Johnson; eight grandchildern, Darnell Powell, Jr., Deontyn Powell, Stevie Bates, III, Darriean Powell, Darriell Powell, Darria Powell, Kendrick Powell, Vashown Peterson, Jr.; four aunts, two uncles, a life long friend: and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, family and friends.
