Margaret Elizabeth Lievers, daughter of the late Stephen R. Lievers and Blanche Gardner Lievers, was born April 21, 1929 and departed this life on June 9, 2006 after a lengthy illness. A long standing member of Shiloh Christian Community Church. Margaret attended Baltimore City Public Schools. Margaret woked 16 years in food processing and retired after twenty-two years from the Baltimore City Health Department. She leaves to mourn a large family; children Barbara, Valerie, Greta and Michael her son Timothy and daughter Kathryn preceded her in death. She also leaves sisters Nellie, Blanche, Ruby, Ardella, Cora and two brothers, Frank and Ernest. She leaves nine grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. Margaret was an avid traveler in the United States and abroad. She was a member of the Southwest Senior Center, but made many friends at other Senior Centers. Margaret became a Master Quilter after retirement. She exhibited quilts at the Annapolis State House, Enoch Pratt Library, Waxter Senior Center, Timonium State Fair and Hands across American.
