Margaret Phillips was born to the late Myrtle Bass and George Stewart on June 9, 1927. She departed this life on October 27, 2017. She was born in Greensburg, North Carolina and begin living her life in Baltimore, Maryland when she was a teenager.

She was a Mother of 2 Beautiful Daughters, she also raised 3 of her Great Grandsons Maurice, Kevin and Keith Womack. She worked in the Healthcare System for over 30 years before retiring. Margaret was a very loving and caring person, who's door was always open to anyone who needed help. She loved spending quality time with family and friends, cooking and playing cards.

Margaret was preceded in death by: her late Husband, Gilbert Phillips; Daughter Brenda Womack, and Great Grandson Andre Cox .

Margaret leaves to mourn: one Daughter, Odean Bass- White, seven Grandchildren, Maurice, (Jackie), Roslyn, (Vernon), Veronica and Glen Rideout, Raymont and Cheryl Womack, Altoinette and Ronald Clark, Kevin and Damion Bass, twelve Great-Grandchildren, sixteen Great-Great-Grandchildren and a host of relatives and friends.
