Mark Thomas, son of the late Joh Taylor and Evelyn Atkins, was born on January 29, 1952 in Baltimore, Marland where he also received his education. He was one of twenty-one children, four preceded him in death. Upon completion of his education he became a full-time employee as a Merchant Seaman for many years. He later became a meat cutter and also worked at several cab companies as a licensed cab driver. Mark and later divored Barbara Ann Thomas and out of this union three daughters were born, Yolondda, Montressa and Oddessa, that he loved to call Peaches, Candy and Cookie. He remarried a second wife Mrs. Carolyn Thomas who he loved dearly. Mark made numerous friends and was well respected by many. He was a true friend and devoted family man. Always there when called upon to do anything within his means to help, and he will be missed as much as he was loved. He is survived by; his three daugthers, Yoland Thomas, Montressa Thomas and Oddessa Johnson; sixteen brothers and sisters, Danny, Cornelious, Gloria, Phyllis, Paul, Bernard, Pauline, Michael, John, Patricia, Debbie, Diane, Pam, Bryant, Jeanise and Jeanette; fourtenn grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren; nieces, nephews, and a host of other relatives and friends.
