Obituary

Marlo Antionette Moore, was born on November 23, 1968 in Ft. Bragg, North Carolina from the union of the late Mary G. Bundy-Brewington and the late Charles "Ted" Bundy. Marlo departed this life on June 28, 2015 after a long illness. Marlo received her education through the Baltimore City and Baltimore County Public School Systems. After completing High School Marlo joined the United States Army Reserves. Marlo spent 15 years as an Army Reservist; serving from December 1988 to February 2003. She received an honorable discharge along with many certificates of achievements and commendation medals. Later, she attended Sojourner Douglas College where she received a certification in Phlebotomy. Marlo continued to work in the medical field where she could use her love for helping people. Marlo made many friends throughout her life both in the military and world of work. Marlo was a devoted mother to her son Darian De'Andre Allen. Her interest included family gatherings, decorating, gardening, music and dancing. Marlo married Daniel Moore on March 18, 2000; however, they were divorced at the time of her passing. Marlo attended Faith United Baptist Church and Cherry Hill Presbyterian Church as often as she could. In Marlo's final days she was employed by Johns Hopkins Health Systems as a Core Services Specialist III. Marlo also survived two bouts with Breast Cancer and she became active in Breast Cancer Awareness activities. Marlo is survived by her son, Darian Allen; sister; Jairia L. Kennedy; brother-in-law, Brian Kennedy; step-father, John Brewington; nephew, Briason Kennedy; niece, Kaitlyn Bundy; her devoted aunts, Carolyn Bragg, Rev. Doretha Gilliam, and Rev. Pearl L. Geter.
