MARSHA ROSIE COLLIER was born to the late Margaret and Russell Collier on February 16, 1959 in Baltimore, Maryland. She departed this life on August 15, 2013. She received her education at Harlem Park High School and later received her GED in Baltimore, Maryland. She became an employee at Penn Optical as an Optometrist Assistant. Marsha later became a wonderful home maker. She was fascinated at sports, music, dance and gymnastics and excelled playing on many baseball teams which earned her many, many trophies. People from Baltimore knew her as the girl who could really hit a ball. She also won three trophies, for the dance group "Calipso 3" they performed at many talent shows and the group was sponsored through Baltimore City. Everyone who came in contact with her knew she was a beautiful person and was willing to help you no matter if the problem was big or small; Marsha was always willing to help. She leaves to mourn: a daughter, Jasmine Harris; two sons, Dajuane Johnson and William Taylor; a lifelong partner and friend, Mr. Charles Boaz Sr.; five grandchildren, Quichey Johnson, Dajuane Johnson Jr., Dajanaye Johnson, Damiyah Johnson and Alexis Richardson; five sisters, Valarie Cornish, Julie Ferrell, Arlene McClary, Lisa Joines and Dawn Collier; two brothers, Russell Collier Sr. and Eric Collier Sr.; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins; relatives and friends. You really will be missed by all of us who loved and cherish you dearly. No more pain and suffering; for God had called you home. Viewing Joseph H. Brown Jr. Funeral Home
