Marsha Margrette Francis Matthews born, raised and schooled in West Baltimore. She was born April 27, 1951 and departed this life on July 20, 2015. Her favorite pastime was reading the bible and watching T. V. She also loved flowers and helping people. "Marty" was an old school hustler from the start, she was always selling something from frozen cups to hot dogs. She really knew how to stretch a dollar and always kept one. Marty you will be greatly missed. We love you Marty.
