Marvin "Clock" Dorsey was born in Baltimore, Maryland on March 16, 1963. Marvin attended
Baltimore City Public Schools and Graduated from Coppin State University with a Bachelor of
Science Degree in Nonprofit Leadership. Marvin is known for being a Sharp Dresser, Self-

state of Maryland singing a song with a head nod to say, "What's Up!"
In his youth Marvin worked at Cookies, Pipe Rack, Pop Kelly, and The Avenue Men's clothing
store on Pennsylvania A venue. Marvin was a newspaper delivery boy for the Afro American
and News American. In his last position held with the Boys Scouts of America, he took pride in
the opportunity to mentor to our Inner-City youth. Marvin had several jobs throughout his life
and whatever the job was, his go-getter and exceptional work ethic got the work done! Marvin
had a passion for helping and inspiring others. He was someone you could always count on,
being just a phone call away or just like "Clock" work might be knocking on your door.
