Today we celebrate the life of Marvin Powell. Marvin
was born to-parents Priscilla Willa-Mayola Pollard
(preceded in death) and Charles Witherspoon on August
27, 1964 in Baltimore, Maryland. Marvin's life was
departed suddenly on May 30,2016.

Marvin received his education in Baltimore City Public
school systems, and worked for Ultimate Installation. He
loved his job.

September 25, 1997 Marvin married Tracy Rodwell, and
from their union, his beloved daughter Sheena was born,
on October 30, 1998.

Marvin had a laugh out loud nature, and enjoyed being
with his friends, and family talking and joking.

He leaves to mourn his memory, his wife Tracy Rodwell,
his daughter Tracy Priscilla Powell, his father and step
mother Sapphire and Charles Witherspoon, (three brothers)
Maurice Owens, Dereck Witherspoon, and William
Witherspoon, (two sisters) Veronica Lawrence, Shelia
Witherspoon, (three aunts) Nettie Scarborough, Betty
Turner, Maggie Phillips, and (one uncle) Eddie Turner, and
his special friend Robin. As well as a host of cousins,
close family and friends.
