Marvin Smith, was born on July 29, 1935 in Cocoa Beach, Florida. He departed this life on March 28, 2011 after a Lengthy illness. Marvin or "Smitty" to most of us who knew him, moved to Baltimore, Maryland at a young age. He found his passion in working as a cement finisher. He started working with varius construction companies. Later he landed a job with Omni Constrations, which he worked for twenty-plus years. He enjoyed playing cards with his friends, laughing and telling jokes. He really love going fishing. Marvin made numerous friends wherever he went and will be sincerely missed by everyone who knew him. He was always a true friend and very giving. He leaves to mourn; his friend and ex-wife, Ernestine Forrester, sons, Frederick Smith, Lamont Smith and Maurice Smith, stepdaughter, Mary Safi; stepson, Perlie Sellers; seventeen grandchildren, one great-grandchild; and a host of other relatives and friends.
