Mary Yvonne Bishop, daughter of the late Hester Catlette and Garland

Catlette Sr. was born on December 16, 1957 in Grainville Oxford, North

Carolina. She departed this life on March 7, 2019.

Mary received her education in the Baltimore City Public Schools.

Mary was a devoted and loving wife to her husband Mr. Joseph Richard

Bishop Sr. for 45 years. From this union there were three children, Yolanda,

Joseph Jr. and Hope. .

Mary enjoyed cooking, family, and friends. Mary loved partying and was

always excited, her smile would light up a room.

She was employed at Future Care for many years.

Mary was preceded in death by her mom, Hester; her dad Garland; her

daughter, Yolanda; three brothers, Garland, Donnell and Archie; two sisters,

Gracie and Anna.

She leaves to mourn her memory: her husband, Mr. Joseph R. Bishop Sr.;

one son, Joseph Bishop Jr.; one daughter, Hope Maria Bishop; four grand-

kids, Deairess, Roger, Jeremiah and Mariah; one great-grandson, Brazyhle;

two sisters, Alice Lyons (Wilbert) and Virginia Dalby; one brother, Samuel

Catlette (Helena); two brothers-in-laws, Marvin and Dinnis Bishop and a

host of nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
