Mary Dennis, of Baltimore, MD transitioned at Union Memorial Hospital
from natural causes, surrounded by her family on April 22, 2018.
She was 73 years old.

Mary was born in Curtis Bay, Maryland on May 20, 1944. She grew up
in Howard County where she attended Harriet Tubman High School.
After high school, she continued her education at Essex Community
College where she received her AA degree in Business Administration.
She attended and graduated with a LPN from Providence Nursing
Program. She furthered her education and attended Towson University
where she received a Bachelor's in Business Administration.

Mary was a true entrepreneur and had several occupations
throughout her lifetime. She worked as a visiting nurse at
Glenwood Life. She ownedher own transportation service where
she transported young kids to andfrom school. She also had
her own catering business titled"Taste D' Catering". One of her
other occupations was creating crafts where she had her own
company called "Unique Designs". She was very active in the
community and volunteered with the youth and privileged
kids in her residential area, Baltimore City. She had many
hobbies, but most of her favorite things to do were fishing, cooking,
traveling, and photography. Mary also loved to attend auctions and
bargain shop.

Survived by one child, Clarissa Jones; one son in law, Carlos Stinson;
one granddaughter, Nikiria Stinson; and one great grandson,
Ayden Stinson; two siblings, Judy Clay, and Victoria Barkley. She had
a host of nieces and nephews and cousins.

Predeceased by her husband, Willie Dennis; her mother, Mary Thomas;
her father, Oscar O'Connor Jones; her sister, Wanda Trafton and her
brother, Oscar Phillip Jones.

Known as a true Rebel and Trailblazer, her unconditional loving heart
and ambitious spirit will always and forever be missed.
