Mary F. Jones, daughter of the late Will and Viola McCardell, was born August 5, 1931 in Lancaster County, South Carolina. Mary was called home to be with the Lord on April 11, 2007. She received her formal education in the public school system of South Carolina. Mary was an employee of the Baltimore City Public Schools in the Dietary Department until her health began to fail. She was best known for having a beautiful, ''hugh heart'' that was in the right place and always extending a helping hand of support to others. Mary was loved by all and will be sincerely missed. She was preceded in death by two daughters, Viola and Sherrie, one brother, Willel and three sisters, Jo, Minnie and Bernice. Mary leaves to mourn; six daugthers, Estella, Nancy, Marion, Vernita, Gail, and LaVeie; sixteen grandchildren, twenty-six great grandchuildren, six great-great grandchildren, three sisters Alberta, Mildred and Beatrice; two sons-in-law, along with a host of other relatives and friends
