Mary J. Faulkner, daughter of the late Blanche Jones and William Harrison, was born January 12, 1933 in Baltimore, Maryland. She suddenly departed this life on December 12, 2007. Mary received her education at Baltimore City Public Schools. She became employed at Bon Secours Hospital until her retirement, after thirty years of service. Mary made numerous friends wherever she went. She loved going to Atlantic City, Midway and Charlestown to play the slots and have lots of fun. Mary married James E. Faulkner who preceded her in death on September 20, 1957. Mary leaves to mourn: her lovely daughter, Renee M. Faulkner; stepson, Tyrone D. Braxton; stepdaughter, Veronica Thomas her other son, James D. Faulkner preceded her in death. She also leaves: one very special grandson, Dana M. Palmer; four sisters, Edith Legins, Izetta High, Corrine Green, and Cecelia Logan; brother, Joe Louis Harrison; two brothers-in-law, Willie Logan and Mike Green; ten grandchildren, fourteen great-grandchildren, two great-great-grandchildren, a host of other relatives and friends. Everyone will sincerely miss Mary Jane. She was a true friend to all that crossed her path.
