Mary Overby, "Auynt Mary," as she was affectionately call by all who knew her, was born on March 2, 1928 in Oxford, North carolina, where she attended Orange Street School. She relocated to Maryland in her early twenties, where she worked continually until she retired. Aunt Mary was called to glory on September 29, 2010 in her home. She was preceded in death by her perents Serenia Overby and Frank Lockklear, plus her brothers Lee Thomas and Sandy Overby. Left to cherish her memory are: her brother, Frank Locklear, Jr.; her adopted sister,"" Dorethea Horton; plus a host of loving and devoted family members and friends.
