Maureen Williams Brown, daughter of the late Richard and Lillian Williams, was born on May 3, 1944 in Baltimore, Maryland. She departed this life suddenly on February 8, 2008 at Rock Glen Nursing Rehabilitation Center. She received her education at Sollers Point High School in Turner Station, Maryland. She worked at Style Craft for a short period of time where she met Carroll T. Brown Carl. They were married in May 1968. Out of that union, one son was born, Corey T. This union flourished and prospered until 2003 with the passing of Carroll T. Sis, as she was affectionately called, was a true home maker. She loved children, and becsuse of her loving heart she leaves a legacy of God ''fruits of the Spirit,'' love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith, meekness and temperance. Sis loved to cook and we all stood around waiting for her fried chicken, macaroni and cheese and sauerkraut. Maureen accepted the Lord Jesus Christ as her Savior and spent a great deal of her life encouraging family and friends with the Word of God. She contributed to different ministries because she knew how God had blessed her through many trials and tribulations. She leaves to cherish her memory; her son Corey T.; brothers, Levelt, Donald, her twin brother, Morris and Clarence; sister, Sylvia Mason, Louise Thomas, Maxicene Williams, Burnelle Williams, and Linda Bankins; two deceased brothers, Richard and Kenneth; one brother-in-law, Leslie Thomas; a devoted family friend, Clayton Williams, two sisters-in-law, Sherry and Stephanie; one aunt, Lula Williams, and many nephews, nieces, great nephews, great nieces, one great-great nephew, cousins and friends.
