Maurice Anthony Beverage, was born on May 30, 1958 to Mamie and the late Fredrick Beverage. Maurice received his education in the Baltimore City Public School System in South Baltimore. He worked at numerous jobs. If you knew Maurice, you knew that if a dollar was there to be made, you could count him in. He worked at Commercial Laundry until his illness. Reese Co, Beverage and Dogman were some of the names he was affectionately called. He had a smile that was beautiful and a personality that would keep you laughing. There was always a joke to tell or something funny he would say. If you were feeling down or upset about something, he would always make you smile. Maurice enjoyed riding his bike, playing basketball, cutting grass and best of all he loved flirting with the ladies. Maurice leaves to cherish his fond memories: his mother, Mamie Beverage; two daughters, Tiffany and Damarra Beverage; one granddaughter, Kayla Montgomery; two sisters, Jeanette and Cheryl Beverage; one brother, Mitchell Beverage Lynette; four nieces, Cheryl Smith James Jr., Tyeisha Beverage, Eboni Archer and Essence Patterson; one nephew, Mitchell Beverage Jr.; one great niece Dashana Smith; two great nephews, Tyler Colbert and James Smith III who proceeded him in death; one uncle, Lawrence Henly Ethel; one aunt, Willie Anthony of Syracuse, New York; one goddaughter, Quiane Johnson Ki-Ki; very special and devoted friends, Karen Dunaway, David Round, Ricky and Cathy Folks and Donna; cousins and a host of other relatives and friends.
