Maurice Gregory Carter, Jr., son of Darlene rooks-Simmons deceased and Maurice Gregory Carter, Sr., September 13, 1983, earned his wings on September 20, 2012. Maurice received his education through Baltimore City Public Schools, and furthered his education in Interior Design, Inc.; a very successful party decorating business. Maurice was well-known for his good personality, being very classy and his comedic persona, which are the qualities that everyone loved about him. Maurice was very close to his family and friends. Most of all, his love for his sisters, Duwonda, Tierra, and niece London was evident; they were always together. Additionally, he loved his grandma; he call her at least 3 times a day or sometimes more. Maurice was a very talented young man. His skills included fashion, interior design, and party planning. Maurice will be missed most of all for his sense of humor, giving nature, quick tongue, and entrepreneurships.
