On February 28, 2012, our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ picked up the phone from heaven and told his earthly angel to bring his son home. So early Tuesday morning Maurice Anthony Coner took flight to his heavenly home. Maurice was born on May 6, 1988 to Eveaine and Mark and was raised in Baltimore City. He attended Thurgood Marshall High School, and Tess College where he studied and became a certified Medial Assistant. Maurice was introduced to the Lord at an early age. At seven years old, he was baptized and joined Greater Grace World Outreach. Maurice loved to work, in fact he was an entrepreneur. He sold candy in high school. He had employees too, his classmates. At which time he also worked by Foot Locker. Once he received his certification Maurice worked for Devita Dialysis Center. Anyone who truly knew Maurice knew he loved to look fresh. His tennis shoes always matched his shirt. He also enjoyed football and boxing. More then anything cracking jokes, mainly with his brother Wayne White who preceded him in death. Maurice will truly, truly missed by all who knew him. He leaves to cherish his memory; his loving mother, Eveiane McCray; Father's' Mark Purdell and Mark Coner. His sister Markia Coner, two step-sisters, Shakia and Shannon. One step-brother Augustus. His grandmother""s Margaret Berkley, Theodore Coner and Ruby Turner. His grandfather's Earnest Johnson and Raymond Berkley. Eight aunts, Cindy, Bridget, Nicole, Grace, Missy, Jackie and Joann. Great-Great aunt; Aunt Betty, Great aunts, Rosalyn, Ella Edna and Lucy. Three uncles Alfonzo, Darryl and Butch. Two great uncles; Joseph and Calvin. Along with a host of other relatives friends.
