Maurice "Burntman" Mayo Sr., was an angel and a blessing to Leroy Mayo Jr. and
Monik Batty Johnson on February 3, 1992. At an early age he also became an angel
and blessing to Ronald Johnson J1'.

Maurice touched so many lives in such a short period of time through his gentle
smile and big heart. Maurice attended Baltimore City Public School. Maurice
worked various jobs. He loved to ride his dirt bike and shop.

Maurice departed his life on May 26, 2016. On March 26,2006, Maurice was
blessed to become the proud father of Maurice Jr. Later on Maurice received an
additional blessing on June 23, 2015 when his princess, Marshaye was born.

Maurice leaves to cherish his many memories: his loving mother, Monik Batty
Johnson: his father, Leroy Mayo: his loving daddy, Ronald Johnson Jr. He leaves to
mourn, one son, Maurice Mayo Jr., one daughter, Marshaye Mayo. He leaves two
sisters, Monae and LeCarol Mayo, two stepsisters, Sherrnika Johnson and Antoinette
Johnson; three brothers, Marquis, Antoinwe, Leroy Mayo III, (preceded him in
death); two grandmothers, Rosalind Webb and Irma Mayo (preceded him in death);
grandfather, Keith M. Batty,( preceded him in death); two great grandfathers, Marcel
Webb and Donald Bedford; one special niece, "Mercedes Bell", host of aunts,
uncles, cousins, his girlfriend, Nieisha and unborn child. A devoted friend, Shanell,
mother of Maurice Jr. and Marshaye Mayo.
