Melvin Emory Bullard was born on November 3, 1986 in Colorado
Springs, Colorado to John F. Williams and Laverne Tanya Bullard.
Melvin relocated to Baltimore, MD with his Dad. On June 3,2019 Melvin
gained his heavenly wings suddenly.
Melvin attended Baltimore City Public Schools and graduated from Lake
Clifton High School. After high school, he enlisted in the U'.S. Army. He
received an honorable discharge. Later he joined the Job Corps which
trained him to do the job of his dream working with Amtrak. He had a
special love for trains. He worked at Amtrak for 12 years until his death.
Melvin had a big heart and was very smart. Some may say he was a
nerd. He loved Star Wars and playing video games. He was a avid read-
er. You could always find him with a book in his hand be it the Bible or
other books in his spare time. He accepted Jesus Christ as his personal
savior in 2010 but because of his work schedule he was not able to attend
church regularly. His favorite response when asked how he was doing
was "Peachy Keen" and then he would laugh.
Melvin leaves to cherish his memory his father, John F. Williams, [r.,
brother Isaiah Williams, step sister, Anayiah Greene, Mother figure,
Veronica Richardson, Adam Hargrove, Aleathia Hargrove, step siblings;
6 aunts, 2 uncles, 4 great uncles, 5 great aunts, 2 great great aunts, a host
of cousins and other relatives, family friends.
