Melvin Stamper, Jr. was born to Melvin Stamper, Sr. and Barbara Stamper on December 1, 1961 in Baltimore, Maryland.
He received his education in Baltimore, Maryland. Melvin met Mildred Forehand in 1987. Out if this union they had one child, Britttany Stamper.
Melvin enjoyed spending time with family. Listening to his oldies but goodies (especially The Whispers), playing cards and he enjoyed his snacks.
Melvin was employed at Up-To-Date-Laundry for several years.
Melvin was preceded in death by his daughter's mother, Mildred Forehand and sister, Robin Coley.
Melvin leaves to cherish his memories his father, Melvin Stamper, Sr.; mother, Barbara Stamper; one daughter, Brittany Stamper; four grandchildren, Joseph, Bre'Shay, Ka'Nye, Ka'Leah; two sisters, Denise Stamper, Kim Stamper-Easley; five brothers, Barry Stamper, Bernard, Richard, Kenneth and Wade (India); two brothers in-law, Larry Easley and Alphonso Cox; five nieces, Shereese (Eric), Lashawn, Shawntae, Raynisha and Keshawn; four nephews, Brandon, Jerome (Brandy), Elijah and Bryson; three aunts, Delores (Billy), Nellie (Melvin), Patricia (Bo Peep); three uncles, Prince, Jr. (Jackie), Michael and William; one best friend, Jerome and a host of great nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives and friends.
