Melvin J. Talbot Sr., Son of Gossie and the late Margaret Talbot,

was born on October 16, 1942 and Departed this life on

January 25, 2019.

He received his education in the Baltimore city public school

System, graduating with a trade in tailoring from Carver

Vocational High School.

After High School he was employed by Hamburger Clothier as

a Tailor, he worked several other jobs in his trade, eventually

retiring from Calvert Distillery.

Melvin known as (Droopy) made friends everywhere he went

young and old.

He loved to dress up and go listen to music. Sometimes he would

dress to go no where, he just loved his clothes.

Most of all he loved his family. He would always come to their aid

no matter what the situation or circumstance might be. He was

loyal and faithful to his family always.

Melvin leaves to cherish his memories: his father Gossie Sr.;

two sons, Melvin Jr. and Tyrone: one granddaughter, Sade;

one brother, Gossie Jr; five nephews, Clifton, Calvin, Corey,

Brandon, and Charles; a lifetime friend Shadow; as well as a

Host of other relatives and friends
