Obituary

Merlin Eugene Jackson son of the late Merlin Jackson Sr. and
Corrine McCargo Lee was born February
8, 1955 in Fort Meade, Maryland. He
finished his journey January
18, 2018 after a lengthy illness .

Merlin received his education in the Baltimore City Public Schools Sys-
tem. After high school he went to Job Corp. where he received his G.E.D.
and Master Mechanics license.

Merlin was always on the go, although his passion was fixing cars, he also
was a music lover, he enjoyed dancing and spending time with family.

As Merlin pursued his career in auto mechanics he operated his on garage
where he fixed a host of cars for different friends and neighbors. He
landed ajob at the Baltimore Auto Auction. He also did reupholstering of
furniture for a time. Merlin was simply a "jack of all trades ". he would
help whenever and wherever he could.

Merlin met and impacted many people, in his journey he picked up the
nicknames,
Redds , Chubby and Boots along the way. He also met the love
ofhis life Theresa and they married on October
29, 1979. From this union
they born
3 children, Elizabeth Jackson, Kevin Jackson and Crystal
Jackson and five grandchildren.

Merlin was preceded in death by his daughter, Crystal Jackson; brother-
in-law, Michol Tate and brother, Anthony Wing.

Merlin leaves to .mourn: his mother, Corrine Lee; a devoted wife, Theresa
Jackson; son, Kevin Jackson; two daughters, Elizabeth Jackson and
Felisha McFadden; ten grandchildren, Madison Jackson, Ja 'Kia Jackson,
Ja ' mira Jackson, Shawn Shorts, Malachi Eaton, KaMyurah Jackson,
Darius Jackson, Rynesha McFadden, Dimonte Holland and Tyon Cooper;
three brothers, Ronald Jackson (Liz), Howard Lee (Linda) and Walter Lee
Jr. (Nicole); two sisters, Marcella Joyner (Ellis) and Emily Lee; one
sister-in-law, Karen Wing; one brother-in-law, Jerome Tate (Constance);
two aunts, Josephine Ervin and Claudine Butler; one uncle, Willie McCa-
rgo; a lifetime friend, Danny Lawrence and a host of nieces, nephews,
cousins and friends.
