Michael A.Carroll Sr., son of the late Samuel and Elmira Carroll, was born in Baltimore, Maryland on April 17, 1956. He departed this life on November 7, 2014. At an early age he accepted Jesus Christ as his Lord and Savior. He received his education in the Baltimore City Public Schools. He held numerous jobs over the years. Michael was known by his nickname (Old Man). He enjoyed spending time with his family, reading, keeping up with the latest political issues, watching movies, praying and was always up for a debate on white collar crimes, and often you couldfind him at Lexing- ton Market drinking his coffee doing just that .. Two brothers preceded him in death, Vernon and Samuel. Michael leaves to mourn: his devoted, wife, Danelle; two sons, Kevin and Michael Jr.; one daughter, Jasmine; one granddaughter, Kadyn; two sisters, Angela and Juanita; three brothers, Andrew, John and Timothy; one father-in-law, William; six sisters-in-law, Geraldine, Janice, Diamecia, Jackie, Sharon and Yvette; five brothers-in-law, Wallace, Emmuel, Stanford, Earl and Elder Jerry; one aunt, Evelyn Barnhart and a host of nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews and other relatives and friends. To have known Michael was to love him.
