Michael Carter, Sr., was born on November 12, 1956 in Baltimore
Maryland to the late Helen Johnson and James Carter. He was called to
rest on Thursday, December 3, 2015 in the home of his children. They
were honored to have him there.

Michael attended Baltimore City Public Schools. He was self-
employed, working as a carpenter. The work he did was something
magical. He loved what he did.

Michael knew the Lord. He was a member of In His Presence
Ministry, under Pastor Jeffery L. Fleming. He attended a Spirit Life Bible
Institute class titled the believer's authority, where he received a
certificate of completion under Apostle Mary M. Wheeler. He also
attended spiritual advisor classes under Pastor Cindy Gaines from
Greater Soul Winners International Outreach Ministry. Before his
passing, he let his children know that God had him and He as his savior.

Michael loved his family and would do anything for them.

Michael had many passions, like dancing, fishing, staying fit, and
attending different events. He loved to dress nice. Let him tell it no one
was prettier than him.

brothers James Carter, Jesse & Randolph Johnson: 5 sisters: Margret
Evans, Isabella Banks, Helen Johnson, Carolyn & Katrina Carter: best
friend for over 30 years, Teresa Canada: 22 grandchildren, fiance' Ruth
Gorham and a host of nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.
