Michael Johnson was born on December 31, 1974 in Baltimore, Maryland. He suddenly departed this life on april 30, 2007. Gleek as everyone knew him was the Beloved son of Denise Johnson-Janey andf Larry Rock and devoted husband of Tameaka Dorsey-Johnson. He received his education in ther Baltimmore City Public Schools. Michael graduated from Edmondson High School where he played basketball and football. He wedded his childhood sweetheart of 17 years, Tameak Dorsey on July 22, 2005. Tameaka and Michael heroically took the role of youg parents helping to raise Tameaka two sisters Shawndrea and Chimere. Michael was employed at Local 30 Roofers and Steamfitters Union. Both Michael and Tameaka where in the process of relocating to Atlanta. Michael also known as Mr. Cheeks would always put a smile on your face, as well as a smile in your heart. He had a passion for family, joking, pl;aying Madden on Playstation 2, telling amazing stories and enjoying life. Michael leaves to mourn; his wife, Tameaka Dorsey-Johnson; mother Denise Johnson-Janey; father; Larry Rock; grandparents, Loreta Johnson, Henry Johnson, Stanley Johnson, Janet Johnson deceased; two brothers, Craig and Melhi; four sisters; Latonya, Nekia, Sheritta and Nia; mother-in-law Michelle Keene; sister-in-law, Shania Conley-Johnson; brother-in-law, ricky Price; two nieces, Ebony and Laniqua; five nephews, Gary, Ricky, Tim, Kamonte and Brandon; ten godchildren; two great uncles, Author and David Allen; one great aunt Evelyn Cain; and a host of uncles and aunts, endless cousins and friends; special friends, Linwood Nelson, Ronald Reynolds Kippy and Rodney Gibson; and a very special granny, Pauline Keene P-Diddy.
