Michael Kane, age 62, of Baltimore, Maryland,
transitioned from this life on May 07 2018. Born March18,1956
in Baltimore, MD. He was the son of the late Helen and Charles
Kane Sr. Michael was affectionately known as "Ricky" and
attended Baltimore City Public Schools where he received his
education. Ricky was passionate about "Ole Skool Music". His
favorite song was Stevie Wonder- "I Just Called to Say I Love
You". Ones that really knew Ricky would definitely describe
him as funny, straight to the point, hardworking, independent, a
giver, kind hearted and loved by many. Ricky was a very
supportive activist for young men struggling to stay positive and
productive. He mentored at risk youth from group homes, foster
care and alike. Michael loved and adored his children and
grandchildren. It filled his heart with joy to show off his Asian-
style cooking skills at home for his family during his days of
working as a chef for Great Panda. He also worked prior for
George P. Mahoney Construction Company for many years
under apprenticeship of his father. He may not have attended
church regularly, but he believed in the Lord, and always prayed
for continued strength and being thankful for all his blessings. He
leaves to cherish his memory: one son Michael Kane Jr., four daughters:
Kwasha Kane, Mikita Kane- Thompson, Tatyanna Kane, Taryn Kane,
