Michael Angelo Osborne was born on July 1, 1980 in Brooklyn, New York to Phyllis Berlinski and Paul Osborne. Michael peacefully departed this life on October 12, 2016 in Baltimore, Maryland with his loving Mother and Aunt by his bedside.

Michael is survived by both his parents, and a host of family, friends, and caregivers. Michael attended Sandusky Middle School, The Laurel School, and E.C. Glass High School in Lynchburg, Virginia. Michael graduated from Claremont High School in Baltimore, Maryland. He was also a great athlete in the Special Olympics. He enjoyed spending time with his friends at The Chimes Inc. assisted living and Freedom To Choose in Baltimore. He attended day programs including Active Day and Overly.

Michael especially enjoyed all the time he spent at home and being around his family who made him smile. Hugs and kisses where always shared from Michael's loving heart. He spent his last days home with his mother and Tony, his best buddy.
