Michael Shorts, son of the late Warren Shorts and Ernestine Richardson was born on September 16, 1964 in Baltimore, Maryland. He departed this life suddenly on October 3,2016.

He received his education in the Baltimore City Public Schools System. After High School he gained employment at various jobs.

Michael loved music, movies and taking pictures. Michael was a people person with a personality that was, loved by everyone. He was always willing to lend a helping hand. Michael was a true and devoted Father, making numerous friends wherever he went.

He leaves to cherish his memory: his devoted mother, Ernestine; five children, Shateria, Raymond, Avery, Robert and Amo're; one granddaughter; five siblings, one devoted sister, Wanda, four brothers, Chris, Craig, Warren( oldest who preceded him in death), Vernon, Derrick and a large host of relatives and friends. He will sincerely be missed by everyone.
