Michael Levin Waters, son of the late Sandy & Virginia Waters was born July 8, 1952 in Norfolk, VA. He departed this life on March 17, 2013, after battling a brief illness. Mike attended Delaware State College before joining the Army in 1972. Upon discharge from military service, he settled in Baltimore, MD, where he was welcomed with open arms as a member of The Dent Family by the late Ruby Dent as only a mother would. From that family union, a long-time "brother friendship" with Gilbert was developed. There he began his work in home improvement. He later became a tractor trailer driver, where he developed a love for longdistance driving. Mike made numerous acquaintances wherever he went. He was an unpredictable, generous, outgoing person who would give you the shirt off his back if you needed it. Some of his enjoyment in life was cooking, listening to good music and feeding the homeless. He leaves to cherish his memory: his wife Carol (Carrie); 1 son Michael Bryant of Altoona, PA; 3 daughters, Tianna Bryant Williams & April Waters of Baltimore, MD, and Nikkila Black of Wilmington, DE; 1 daughter-in-law, Dawn Gamp of Altoona, PA; 1 sister-in-law, Deborah Dent, 1 brother-in-law, Timothy Dent; 2 nephewsTerrill & Timothy Dent; 11 grandchildren, 1 great grandson, and a host of relatives and friends.
