Michelle Nicole Dorsey, daughter of Carroll Thomas and

On Mother's Day, Sunday, May 14th, 1995, God presented Michelle with a precious bundle in her image, Francesca Elender Louise Dorsey, whom she loved and cherished dearly.
Over the years, Michelle poured much into Francesca. She
could often be heard quoting to her daughter,
"Prior planning prevents poor performance or its a personal problem.
",
"
You have to be a steward of yourself.
" and
"Be and asset
not a liability".
Michelle was a unique woman of strength and
drive as she had inherited a legacy of faith, family, music,
leadership and entrepreneurship. She was compassionate
and was considerate of others in need before ministering to
her own needs. Michelle was an unofficial counselor as she
visited the clinics, the dialysis unit, on the streets of
Baltimore and New York, on the MTA bus, and during her
many hospital stays. She was an activist for the disabled, transitioning her thoughts to others over social media.
Michelle had impeccable diction and ended most of her
conversations with " Thank you Kindly."
Michelle, we were all enriched by your magnificent
mezzo soprano voice, but deeply encouraged to know
that your purpose driven life here on earth was your
evangelistic work for the betterment of humanity to the
glory of God.
Michelle is survived by her parents, Carroll T. and Dianah L. Dorsey; her daughter, Francesca E.L. Dorsey; her sister Carolyn T. Dorsey- Chunn; her niece, Taylor O.
