In the beginning on a sunrise of June 4, 1957 William Hous-

ton and Mary Allen Houston added second child to their

family, Michelle Renee Houston (Parrish) she was born in

Baltimore, Maryland.

She attended Baltimore City Public Schools, where she re-

ceived her education. In 1977 she married the late Ronnie

Burston, they created two children. She began her career as a

payroll clerk at Control Data for 10 years. Then later she met

Reginald (Bernard) Parrish where they became one. Then

later furthered her career as a referral coordinator at Universi-

ty of Maryland for 10 years until the close of private compa-

ny.

Michelle, better known as, Shelly was a very outspoken

person. If you had feeling she would call it how she see it, she

didn't cut no cards on what she had to say. But she was a very

kind-hearted person who loved to laugh, tell jokes, her favor-

ite line was, "money on dresser and you what's on the bed";

that had her.nieces cracking up. Shelly loved her family and

even friends was like family to her. Shelly was perfecting her

relationships with Jesus.

Loving memories of Michelle Parrish life will be cherished

by, preceded in death by her mother, Mary Ellen Houston,

Father, William Houston. She leaves behind her husband,

Reginald Parrish (Bernard); two sons, Ronnie Burston Jr. and

Antwan Burston; four granddaughters, Sharonda Burston,

Aniyah Burston, Arianna Burston and Ariel Burston; one

grandson, Antwan Burston Jr.; two great-granddaughters,

Kaelyn Robinson and Janiya Battle; three sisters, Denise

Cureton who preceded her in death, Rhonda Harrison (Je-

rome) Monica Hines (Nelson); two brothers, William Hous-

ton Jr. (Stacy) and Tony Houston and a host of nieces,

nephews, great-nieces, great nephews, cousins and friends.
