Mildred Lucenda Terry was the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Senada and Eugene Terry Sr. She was born on Wednesday March 13, 1957, in Richmond, Virginia and departed on Friday December 3, 2021, in Baltimore, Maryland. She was baptized at an early age at Amity Street Baptist Church.

Throughout the years, Mildred sustained a home in Maryland and at other times in Virginia which explains why she has a trail of family and friendships that span all along the Interstate 95 and Route 301.

Mildred attended Carver Vocational Technical High School with focused studies in Tailoring. After high school, she ventured in various fields of work until she established a career in providing job placement services with the City of Baltimore where she was employed for several years until her retirement.

Mildred filled her retirement years with spending quality time with her family and friends. She was a warm, friendly, and loving person who was generous with her time. She loved to sing, dance, and laugh so she always showed her wit for good humor and great music to step to.
