After a lenghty illness, god in His mighty wisdom, on September 3, 2007, saw fit to call from labor to reward our loved one. Mildred Francine Wooden was born on March 3, 1954, in fort Meade, Maryland to the late William G. Sr. and Arline Wooden. She graduated from Carver High school in 1971 and attended baltimore City Community College. She always read and had a thirst for knowledge. Francine, as she was fonly called, met no strangers. She had a way about her that made you feel quite welcomed. she loved a good time. she was a party girl who had a passion for people, cooking, entertaining and a knack for celebrating everyone's birthday. bartending was an art to her and she enjoyed it so much that she created her version of ''Coyote Ugly'' at the Virgo Lounge.
