Milton M. Charles, the son of Cleora Charles and the late James Albert Charles was born on December 4th 1951 in Warwick County, Virginia. Milton was the youngest of five siblings. He is predeceased by a brother, Jasper. Milton entered into eternal rest on Friday June 28th 2013. Milton was educated in the Baltimore City Public School, graduating from Northwestern High School in 1971. He pursued higher education at what was then Coppin College, majoring in Biology with a minor in Photography. He also attended Maryland Institute of Art. Milton was a Mason, and a member of the Phi Beta Sigma fraternity. Milton was employed at Ritz Camera, Wolf Camera and the Dark Room for many years before joining the GBMC Hospital where he remained employed up to the time of his death. Milton was united in holy matrimony to Betty Bowers on December 8th 2007. Milton accepted Christ as his personal savior at an early age and was an active member at the Lochearn Presbyterian Church. Milton and Betty were involved in many ministries at the church. "Milt", as he was affectionately called was a kind and gentle person who was loved by many. He was a devoted son and husband. His photography skills were extraordinary and he was sought after by family members and friends as their "personal photographer." He leaves to cherish his memory, his loving mother Cleora Charles, devoted wife Betty Charles, brothers, James R., Christopher C, William C, Carlton, and Major Canty, children Wendy, Anand, Analicia and Adam, his grandson Gage, nephews Michael, Jamal, William, and Troy, his nieces, Ariel, Danielle, Tiffany, Maxine, Karen, Tonya, Sonya, Edie and Anissa, cherished friends, Tertius and Earl and a host of Aunts, Uncles, Cousins, Family and Friends.
