Obituary

Nadine S. Green was born on January 9, 1957 to the late Julia Branch and Jack Green in Baltimore City, MD. She departed this life suddenly on Sunday, August 4, 2013 at Maryland General Hospital. Nadine, better known as "Jackie", attended Baltimore City public schools. Nadine lived a rich life and was a hard worker. Most recently, Nadine was a dedicated member of the Pennsylvania Avenue AME Zion Church. Richard "Ricky" Cameron introduced her to this ministry and never left her side. Nadine was the proud mother and grandmother of one son, Joseph N. Wilson Jr., and the apple of her eye, Courtney. Anyone who knew Jackie will agree, her favorite past time was shopping, shopping, and more shoppings whether at the market or the mall she was all for shopping. Call her political potty; she knew about all the latest politics. Jackie was loved for being brutally honest from east to west. She will truly be missed by many!! She leaves to cherish her memories: one son, Joseph N. Wilson Jr., one grand-daughter, Courtney Wilson, special nephew, Antonio Atkins; one brother, Robert Branch (Kathy); two sisters, Barbara Forrest and Betty B. Adams (James); the love of her life, Richard (Ricky) Cameron, one aunt, Josephine Gilliam; two uncles, Earl and Edward Gilliam; nieces, nephews, cousins, and a host of relatives and friends.
