Nancy was born on November 21 st, 1953 to the late Mary Frances Taylor

Johnson and the late Charles Henry Taylor, Sr. Preceding her in death is her

daughter, Serena Dobbs, sister, Phyllis E.Dungee and brothers Garry F.

Taylor, Sr. and Charles Henry Taylor, Jr. Nancy peacefully departed this

life on Monday, July 8th, 2019.

Nancy was educated in the Baltimore City Public School system and

received her GED. Nancy worked at Good Samaritan Hospital and

Children's Hospital of Baltimore. Nancy, then began her career at Sinai

Hospital of Baltimore, where she retired from. Nancy loved to play cards,

spades, but mostly pinochle. Nancy liked movies, dining out, dancing, and

solving mystery shows before the end of the episode. Nancy liked to play

practical jokes, and recently Nancy developed an addiction to Bruster's Ice

Cream Banana splits. Of all of these things, Nancy liked crabs most. Nancy

also loved multiple daily conversations with, Peanut, Pumpkin Head,

Jowanda, Wanda or whomever she was calling her that day.

Nancy leaves to cherish her memory: Daughter, Jowanda D. Woods.

Sisters: Mary Mickings, Betty Taylor, Cheryl Deale and Charlene

Chruch(Salisbury, MD). Brothers: Samuel Wayne Taylor and Bryant Deale

(Salisbury, MD). Nieces: Yolanda Sykes, Tiasha Taylor, Chantay Taylor

and Shytise Taylor. Nephews:Leroy Anderson, Jr., Phillip Anderson, Sr.,

Murdock Glover, Garry F. Taylor, Jr. and Jordon Taylor. Life partner: Janet

Leak, her cats: Kiki and Blossom. As well as a host of other dear family

members and long time friends.
