Norma Jackson, beloved daughter of the late Calvin Atkins and Laura Hicks, was born on November 1, 1946 in Baltimore, Maryland. She departed this life on December 22, 2011. Norma received her education in the Baltimore City Public Schools System and married Linwood Jackson over 30 years age. Naturally, she was a caretaker. Norma was affectionately known as "Normie" or "Norm." Though she had no biological children of her own, she became the "caretaker" of all the children in the family. She had a special love for all of her great nieces and nephews and contributed a lot of her time to help raise them. Normie made numerious friends wherever she went. She will be sincerely missed by everyone who knew her. Norma is proceeded by: a brother, Calvin Hicks; two sisters, Shirley Jones and Geraldine Richardson. She leaves to mourn: two brothers Nathaniel "Poppa" Hicks and Roland Hicks, Her beloved nieces, Nephews and a host of relatives and friends.
