Ollie Mae Black was born to the late Otis and Rebecca Eldridge on April 8, 1948 in Halifax, Virginia. Ollie later moved to Baltimore, Maryland where she completed her education. Ollie was a dedicated and talented Seamstress. Her passion was her family. Ollie was a loving and faithful person. She touched the lives of many. Ollie leaves to mourn; three daughters, Petrice Moses, Ticole Black and Tia Sturgis; one son preceded her in death, Pernell Randolph, Sr.; two sisters, Mary Greene and Sarah Alexander; two brothers, Otis Eldridge and Thurman Jennings; three sisters preceded her in death, Rebecca, Annie and Ivory Eldridge. Ollie has sixteen grandchildren, twenty great-grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends.
