Otis Eldridge, Jr., son of the late Otis Lee Eldridge, Sr., and Rebecca Eldridge was born on September 11, 1952 in Halifax, Virginia. He departed this life on February 19, 2013. Otis received his education in the Baltimore City School System. After completing school, Otis went on to have numerous jobs in the truck delivery business. He loved people, sports, and especially music of all kinds. Although Otis never married, his life was fulfilled through his children. He leaves to mourn: four sisters, Mary Green Thomas, Rebecca Eldridge preceded him in death, Ollie Black preceded him in death, Annie Eldridge preceded him in death, and Iva Lee Eldridge preceded him in death; five daughters, Tilena, Sharyn Hopkins Gregory, Onek Quonchita, and Shantrice; three sons, Demetrius, Otis III, and Henry; nineteen grandchildren, five great-grandchildren, a host of nieces, nephews, relatives, and one very special friend, JoAnn Burley.
