On Monday, August 14,2006, Pamela Renee Payne departed this life after a lifelong illness. She was the daughter of the late Isadora Blanford and Fletcher Payne. Pam, as she was affectionately known, received her education in the Baltimore City Public School System. Always a spiritual being, she recently gave her life to Christ. Pam enjoyed dancing, movies and was an avid reader. She loved spending time with her children and especially her grandson Marquis. Pam was a very loving, caring, kind, compassionate and considerate sister, aunt, mother and grandmother. Pamela leaves to mourn; her son Purnell; daughter; Raquel; grandson Marquis; four siblings, Lowis, Jeannette, Marsha and Wayne; sister-in-law Angela; godchild, Tamara; two aunts, Mayette and Laura; special friend Anthony; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and lifelong friends, Pearly, Clifton and Monica.
