Obituary

Patrick Gerard Glenn affectionately known as "Rat" was born to Clifton and Annie Glenn on March 2, 1958 in Baltimore, Maryland. God saw that Patrick was getting tired - rest on earth was not meant to be so he quietly took him by his hand and said my son come go with me. Patrick received his education at Edmondson High School in Baltimore, Maryland. He served in the U.S. Army and later worked with the Carpenters Local Union #544. Patrick loved to laugh and tell jokes and was never a stranger to anyone he met. He had a heart of gold and would give you the shirt off his back. He loved his cheeseburgers and fries, playing bones and watching his favorite movie, "The Cookout". His love for his daughters was immeasurable and he shared a special bond with each of them. His love for his grandchildren Wvanye, Alaune, and Averi were sincere. He was very protective of them and was always by their side. Patrick made numerous friends wherever he went and will be sincerely missed by ll who knew and loved him. Patrick leaves to cherish his memory; his wife of 33 years, Chiqulta Glenn, three daughters, Lakeysha Glenn McMillian Avery, Malekia Glenn, and Brittany Wilkes; two stepsons, Eric and Emmanuel Rogers; his father, Clifton Glenn, Sr.; his mother, Annie Glenn; one sister, Shella Reason Robert; one brother, Brian Glenn; three grandchildren, Wvanye, Alaune, and Averi. He was the the godfather to his nephew, Robert Reason III Nicole and their daughter Nicole Reason. He also leaves to cherish his memories; other nephews, Jason, Kevin, and Joel Glenn II Manny; five nieces, Courtney, Kim, Monyae, Amber and Ariel. Patrick was preceded in death by his oldest brothers Clifton Glenn, Jr. and Kevin Joel Glenn.
