PATSY W. RHYANES was born on August 16, 1946 to the great and late Kate and Louis Womack.

 Growing up, Patsy attended Samuel Coleridge Taylor #122 Elementary School, Booker T. Washington Middle School, and later graduated from Carver High School. 

Patsy attended Howard County Community College for Phlebotomy and was later employed by the Baltimore City Health Department until she retired in 2007.

 Patsy enjoyed being surrounded by her family and friends, baby sitting, a good game of spades, laughter, joking, crabs, dancing to music and more. As she got older the fun decreased; however she still managed to stay in contact by text or call. Somehow she stayed in touch with you ALL.
 Patsy SUFFERED IN SILENCE with a medical diagnosis, not wanting anyone to worry. It was weight she carried alone. She departed life on Sunday, September 13, 2026 at University Hospital.

 Patsy goes on to proceed in her journey to be with the following family members: her husband, Joseph Rhyanes; grandson, Sean T. Womack; and siblings, Ruthalee, Helen, Nathan, Pearline, Mary, Louis, William, Irene and Elizabeth. 

Patsy leaves behind: four children, Sean (Chanel), Samuel (Tamika), Endia (King) and Shonna; grandchildren, Mink, Davia, Nyeemh, Breona, Don’Dre, Shakeema, Sam, Sydney, Deja, Destiny, Rex and Tevar; great-grandchlidren, Wynter, Sevyn, Yari, Desmond, and Dejour Noel; sisters-in-law, Etta Mae Womack, Vicki Rhyanes; bonus daughter, Tavia Luster; and two special friends, Gwendolyn and Shakeila. Patsy also leaves behind a host of OUTSTANDING nieces and nephews who were always there and came through.
