Paul Rowley, son of the late Edward Rowley and Delorois Wilson Rowley was born in Baltimore, Maryland on April 26, 1947. He was one of four sons as the Rowley boys, the late Edward "Butch", Guy and Wayne. Paul departed this life unexpectedly on Sunday, November 7, 2010. Paul received his education through the Baltimore City Public School System graduating from Carver Vocational Technicl High School in 1966. Upon completing his education, he served his country honorably in Europe for several years. Paul was self-employed throughout his career, owning and operation numerous businesses with his passion being home improvement. Paul met his first love, the former Rosalind Caldwell and from their union daughter, Paula was born. Later in life , he met and married Jonetta Rowley, from this marriage he welcomed another daughter, Brei. Paul loved his daughters showing them the most affectione and caring part of his heart. He was a loving father, grandfather and friend. Paul will be most remembered for his sense of humor and quick wit. He was the king of the "one liner". He was an excellent athlete in his prime earning him scholarship offers for footballl. He enjoyed cooking, playingcard, haning at the little league football games and watching the Ravens on Sundays, but most of all he loved spending time with family. Paul will especially be missed by his daughters for being there when it mattered, the long talks, his clmness, kindness and tender concern lit the hearts of his girl's every day. Paul leaves to cherish his memory; daughters, Brei and Paula; wife Jonetta; three grandchildren, Andre, Morgan and Eric; brothers Wayne and Guy; aunt and uncle, Evelyn and Barry; sisters-in-law, Constance and Charlene; a host of family and friends, as well as man's best friend, "Putty Tat", the cat.
