Pearl Francis Pratt was born Febuary 11, 1949 in Baltimore, Maryland . She was the loving daughter of the late Inez and Leroy Keys Sr. Francis was called home to be with the Lord after a lengthy illness, December 1, 2007. She was preceded in death by her husband Gerald Pratt. Francis received her education in the Baltimore City Public Schools. If you could ask Francis what was her greatest accomplishment in life, she would tell you ''The day I received the Lord.'' She would always quote, ''The joy of the Lord is my strenght.'' She was a member of Solid Rock Pentecostal Bibleway Church, where Bishop E.W. Yancey and Pastor Sallie Yancey are presiding prelate. An Ordained Deaconess, Francis also held many other offices in the church and she loved to sing with her group, the Heavenly Hearts. Francis was employed by Union Properties Inc. and Herb's Check Cashing for many years, owner Neal Kaplan and Rusty Osbourne. She leaves to mourn; two sisters, Ms Nina Brandon and Carolyn Green; one brother-in-law, Larry Green; two nephews, Jeffery Brandon Quanda and Roland Brandon Clesha; a neice, Latonya Gaulteau Ian; godchildren, Angelia Pittman, Carlester Bert, Tiffiny Sumpter and Maurice Chandler Jr.; a special brother, Darius George Hall; a devoted friend Ronnie Vaughan; a host of great-nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
