Obituary

PETER BRIAN WILSON the son of the late William Wilson and Margaret Wilson, was born on March 12, 1961 in Baltimore, Maryland. After a lengthy illness and a constant fight, Peter went home to be with the Lord on January 3, 2013. He was educated in the Baltimore City Public School System, where he attended Northern High School, and later obtained his GED. He was employed with various jobs such as: driving Baltimore City cabs, worked at Sinai Hospital, and eventually he worked as a bus driver for the MTA. Peter accepted Jesus as his Savior. He had a profound love of music. As a young man, he formed the group "Magnum Force", consisting of David Morgan, Curtis Scott and Eric "Face" Fennell. He was a gifted, multi-talented, blessed musician who created, wrote, produced and recorded music. He absolutely loved older jazz. Pete's specialty was lead guitar. He was as talented as his favorite, Jimmy Hendricks. In his words, "I love to jam!" He loved sports, especially football. He played football in high school. His favorite teams were the Baltimore Ravens and the Oakland Raiders. We'll always remember his saying, "what's up Mo£" He later transitioned to Salisbury, Maryland where he met and became a second family with Jay and Marie Holden. They loved and accepted Pete for the man he was. They were also instrumental in his deliverance from his addiction. The love of his life, his sweetheart, dear heart and baby girl, the person he adored more than life was his daughter, Meghann. He shared a great love of his family. He often expressed how much he loved her until death. They shared an unique relationship and mutual understanding of life. Pete was a generous, loyal and comical man. He was also known as Uncle Peach and Uncle Peak. He adored the kids that came across his path. He was preceded in death by his parents, William and Margaret Wilson; brothers, William and Mark Wilson; several uncles, aunt Catherine; several nieces including Angela Wilson; and great-niece, Brittany Rooks. He leaves to mourn: his loving devoted daughter, Meghann J. Wilson-McLeod Toi; brother, Steven Wilson; sister, Andrea Kanobona; his uncle, Nathaniel Wilson; his devoted cousin, Melissa Singleton; his loving niece and nephew, Cynthia and Dracy Davis; many other nieces and nephews, ArielleThomas, Lester Thomas Jr., P.J. Rooks, Derrick Parker Jr., Dracy Davis Jr. and more; a host of friends, other relatives and loved ones.
